修复Microsoft Store应用更新及下载提示 0x800706D9

网上有很多方案，但终是无效。

最终解决办法：

  1. 点击win键+R，输入“services.msc”回车。
  2. 找到服务Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant，设为自动，并重新启动。
  3. 重新打开Microsoft Store。
