捐躯赴国难！视死忽如归！

76年前的今天，日本宣布无条件投降。14年山河不屈，14年浴血奋战，中国人民以铮铮铁骨战强敌，以血肉之躯筑长城，以前仆后继赴国难，谱写了惊天地、泣鬼神的雄壮史诗。今年是抗战胜利76周年，致敬抗战中的英雄儿女，致敬伟大胜利！

国恨家仇！华夏儿女永不忘记！

1945年8月15日正午，日本天皇向全日本广播，接受波茨坦公告、实行无条件投降，结束战争。

At noon on August 15, 1945, the Emperor of Japan broadcast to the whole of Japan the acceptance of the Potsdam Proclamation and the unconditional surrender, which brought an end to the war.

《波茨坦公告》发表于1945年7月26日，全称《中美英三国促令日本投降之波茨坦公告》，简称《波茨坦公告》或《波茨坦宣言》。这篇公告的主要内容是声明三国在战胜纳粹德国后一起致力于战胜日本以及履行开罗宣言等对战后日本的处理方式的决定。

1945年9月2日上午9时，标志着第二次世界大战结束的日本投降的签字仪式，在停泊在东京湾的密苏里号主甲板上举行。日本外相重光葵代表日本天皇和政府、陆军参谋长梅津美治郎代表日军大本营在投降书上签字。

At 9 a.m. on September 2, 1945, the signing ceremony marking the surrender of Japan at the end of World War II took place on the main deck of the USS Missouri, anchored in Tokyo Bay. Japanese Foreign Minister Shigemitsu Signed the surrender document on behalf of the Japanese emperor and government, and Army Chief of Staff Umejin on behalf of the Japanese army headquarters.

1945年9月9日上午，中国战区受降仪式在中国南京中央军校大礼堂举行。

1945年10月25日，中国国民政府在台湾举行受降仪式，这成为抗日战争取得完全胜利的重要标志。
